Privacy policy

Last updated: October 13, 2026

Out The Box Vision LLC ("we") operates clearvane.com. This site is an information page for ClearVane; it has no accounts, no shopping cart and no checkout.

What we collect

• Messages you send us. The contact form opens your own email app. We only receive what you choose to email us, and we use it to answer you.
• Basic technical data. Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and protect the site.
• Embedded videos. Guide videos are embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode. When you play one, YouTube's own privacy policy applies.

We do not sell your personal information, run advertising trackers on this site, or knowingly collect information from children.

Past orders

If you ordered ClearVane through our earlier store or Kickstarter, the order details you provided are kept only as long as needed for fulfillment, support and legal or tax obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected].

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time and will change the "Last updated" date when we do.
